This new formulated body wash

"This new formulated body wash (cleanser) is not performing as well as the discontinued Body Wash. This cleanser does not soap up as well, and certainly the fragrance is very much different and less than the original. Ive bee a loyal Thymes customer for several years using the Body Wash, Hand Wash, and Body Lotion. All in the Eucalyptus fragrance. I’m very disappointed because I use Thymes Eucalyptus morning and night. I want the original formula. I’ve searched on line for back stock without much luck. And I know the product has a self life. I’m disappointed to the point of searching for a replacement product from another brand. Bring back the original please. Sincerely, Richard Peters"
