"There must be a better way for customers to sample new Thymes fragrances than buying a random assortment of samples in an unnecessary bag. Those of us longtime Thymes customers know that many favorite fragrances are discontinued, then replaced by new fragrances we want to try before investing in a room spray, candle, etc. Unfortunately, when my sample bag arrived, it did not include several of the new fragrances I was hoping might be a replacement for a discontinued fragrance I'd loved. When I reached out for help, the reply was that I could contact stores that carry Thymes products to see what they carry and then drive to them in the hopes that they have a sample on display (which in my experience is rarely the case). An easy solution for a company of this caliber would be to offer a do-it-yourself assortment with all fragrances available (minus the bag)."
