VERY POOR CONTAINER DESIGN

"The pump in this bottle DOES NOT reach the bottom - mhence there is always some in the jar that cannot be dispensed. The viscosity of the contents is such that it does not lend itself to flow out even when the bottle is inverted. This has been brought to Thymes attention (via customer service) but their attitude was rather, "well - that's the way it is. " If my wife was not so in love with this product I would not order again. NOT WORTH THE PRICE!"
