Overall very disappointing this year
"I was so disappointed this year with my Frasir Fir Candles. The wax in the 3 wick was very soft and the candle burned very quickly compared to years past. The pine cone candles burnt unevenly and much was wasted. Each one of the 4 I ordered didn’t have the metal disks holding the wicks in place. The wicks were all off centered. I did receive a full refund for the pine cones but was very disappointed with the quality."
This is my second $75
"This is my second $75 4-Wick candle. I bough this to replace the previous years. What I'm disappointed in is the fact that there is a lot of wax left in the candel, but the wicks no longer work. I should send a photo or video to demonstrate how much wax is left in the candle and still unable to light any of the wicks. TBO, I expected more from a $75 candel."

"What happened to your candles? You have made some bad decisions and I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with candles after many years. I just bought 8 three wick candles and they have very little fragrance and burn so fast. ."
