"The pump on the soap did not work. I was sent a replacement with the same result. I switched the pumps with the pump from the lotion and it is better. Thymes products are generally very high quality, but this one could be improved. I really like the soap and the lotion; the delivery system needs improving. Also, I would like to see you replace the plastic jars with glass ones."
