"Love the product but when the box came it was soggy. Two of the bottles of cleaner had no tops on them and the contents had spilled out. Needless to say, I think I am owed two full bottles. I love thyme products and this has been my only disappointing purchase."

"I purchased over $150 worth of Frazier fir product- candles, dish soap, hand soap and cleaning spray. My order took forever to arrive and when it finally did- two of the three cleaning sprays did not arrive intact- spilled out- I reached out that day to inquire what could be done- no response- reached out several days later to what seemed to be an automated/ai response. Still have not heard anything from their customer service. So much for the gifts I purchased for my family arriving in time to enjoy them for the holiday. I love their product, but their slow delivery times and customer service are horrible."
