"I have been using this lotion for 20+ years. For some reason someone at Thymes decided to change it…..why??? If it’s not broken why fix it? The smell is nothing like it was, the lotion is gross and I didn’t like being told by your customer service “you will grow to love it. ” Are you kidding me? You have lost me as a customer and I am beyond disappointed. You are the new Bud light."

"I love the lavender scent; I’ve worn it for many years. However, while I think the ‘new’ container is attractive it is a very difficult effort when you get to the bottom 1/6th of it. The pump no longer works and you have to remove the top and pound the lotion into your hand. Please return to the former container (white, purple flowers, and oval shaped)."
"Sorry, I do not like this formula. To me, it has an unpleasan after-smell, similar to wet, rotting wood. The lotion seems watered down. The original was my absolute favorite lotion of all time. I would not purchase this again."
