"I purposefully purchased this large candle thinking it would last longer and give greater fragrance strength. It really doesn’t. It’s beautiful for the holidays but it doesn’t fill the space any better than the 3-wick candles, and I’d call that moderate fragrance strength. The biggest issue is the wick burns when there is a lot of scented wax left. Thankfully I have a flat warmer, but it’s not working as well as lit wicks worker’s. This is probably not a good investment and is pretty overpriced given the quality."

"Actually, this package never arrived. Tracking shows it has been en route but with no advancement since Dec. 16, and it appears to have been lost or broken open at the Dulles distribution postal site (see tracking). I had more than one Thymes item in the box, including this expensive four-wick candle costing over $100. 00. Do you take out insurance on these expensive contents when you mail the box? Can I be reimbursed? It was a very expensive purchase, and never was delivered. Please advise. Ingrid.A.Sell@gmail.com"

Sadly Damaged or defective

"I believe the candle was damaged in shipping, (several items were damaged, the shipping box was crushed) it appeared that oil (from another item)had leaked onto the top. Purchased as a gift, but with the damage it was not suitable for gifting. Ordered on 11/30, received on 12/13 so it was too late to exchange or reorder. I took the time to email customer service with photos, but received no response. Frasier Fir is my go to for gifts every year. The scent is a year round favorites, but for the price I expect quality & better service. Rated 2 stars since the candle burned ok, the scent is nice. But had not intended to keep for myself."
