"My absolute FAVORITE SCENT has always been Eucalyptus, however, the scent seems to have changed. Doesn’t seem as fresh and lasting as it always was. Sure hope I just got an “off” batch. I’ve always loved the quality and selection of products offered by Thymes and have recommended this product to everyone who has complemented me on what I as wearing…. and that’s a lot!!!"
"I have been using Thymes Eucalyptus lotion for about 7 years. I have never received compliments on a fragrance like I have with Eucalyptus - the OLD Eucalyptus. Unless you are willing and able to bring back the original scent, I think you will lose a lot of customers. I know this because I'm one of them."
"Why was it decided the eucalyptus lotion needing tweaking? Have you ever heard “if it isn’t broken, don’t fix it”? I keep checking to see if you have gone back to the original formula and that apparently has not happened. I am now finally out of the ‘new and improved’, and it looks like it’s staying that way- disappointed."
"I've been using Thymes Eucalyptus Lotion and Soap for well over a decade. The scent was so wonderful!! So sad they 'improved' the formula. A shadow of its former glory. Not just the scent but even the feel of the product. I sadly threw mine out after a few days. End of an era."

"This was one of my favorite scents from Thymes and I received the new formula as a gift from a coworker. . . the new formula is not great. CURiO, which owns Thymes, has removed shea butter and jojoba oil from the OG formula and added 13 additional ingredients - quite a few are fragrance "add ons" which explains why it smells so different. The texture of the moisturizer is light weight compared to the creamy feel of the original formula - it doesn't feel "rich" or "replenishing" like they advertise. Personal preference, I like my moisturizer to feel like a moisturizer. With my sensitive skin, this new formula won't work for me."
"I agree with these comments. I used to get compliments all the time “you smell so fresh” or “what is your perfume, it’s so clean!” but no more. Bring back the old formula. Plus the new shape of the bottle makes it hard to get all the lotion out. I have to turn the bottle upside down to get the rest! Sadly, I’m looking for a new product."
