"I'm sorry to say I had problems with the pump, the liquid is too thick (to my way of thinking) and the soap was hard to wash off completely. The scent was lovely as is the bergamot style. I ended up using the several bottles I purchased as bubble bath. Rather deluxe. I usually am a top fan of all things Thymes and my favorite is the Neroli bar soap. I think that may have been discontinued? You may have had fig at one time. Another favorite. Thank you."

"I have bought Thymes for years and also my sister every year for Christmas, I was really disappointed this year in the shipping condition. What happened to the Thymes box with the bubble wrap, and tissue ready to go, I did take pictures and made a complaint I fell like I just got brushed off with a form letter. It really looked like they were returns! I did keep them because it’s my sisters favorite scent. I will be looking for another brand with better customer service, and shipping in better shape."
